K-Drama & K-Pop Filming Spots to Visit in Korea
Where to find real K-drama and K-pop filming spots in Korea: Seoul drama locations, PSY's Gentleman library, and a Goblin and BTS day trip to Gangneung.

Want to stand where the leads met, or pose where an album cover was shot? These guides cover spots you can actually visit, each one tied to a named drama, film or music video.
*Checked Oct 2026. Hours, access and businesses can change, so check before you go.*
### Start here
- K-drama filming locations in Seoul: 10 spots, including an *Itaewon Class* walking route (Baekbeom Square, Noksapyeong Overpass, G Guesthouse, Oriole), N Seoul Tower (*Single in Seoul*), and Seoul's official Soul Spots.
- Gangneung & Samcheok K-culture day trip: *Goblin*'s Jumunjin breakwater, the BTS bus stop, and Maengbang Beach, where BTS shot the *Butter* jacket.
### K-pop spots in Seoul
- Seoul Metropolitan Library (old City Hall): PSY's *Gentleman* MV, filmed on the library stairs and in front of the tall book wall. It's a working library, so keep your voice down. It's an official Seoul Soul Spot. Taking photos inside the reading rooms may be restricted, so check the library's rules. Nearest: City Hall Station Exit 4, about 120 m (Naver Map, checked Oct 2026).
- Nodeulseom Island: BTS's *RUN* MV is listed among the Soul Spots here. It's on the Seoul drama page.
- Lotte World Tower: Seoul calls it the real-life inspiration for Huntrix's home in *KPop Demon Hunters*. It inspired the film; nothing was filmed here.
More outside Seoul: Paju Byeokchoji Garden (Gyeonggi), a paid arboretum where Apink filmed the *Petal* MV, according to VisitKorea. It's northwest of Seoul, so it doesn't fit the Gangwon day trip.
### How we check Each spot is confirmed by an official tourism page (Visit Seoul, VisitKorea, Seoul's Soul Spot program, local governments) or by two independent reliable sources. Fan posts are only leads. We leave out private homes, private venues and active schools.
